At Kalash Jewellers, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, and inquiry details when you submit a contact form, book an appointment, or interact with our WhatsApp channel. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to respond to your inquiries, send appointment confirmations, provide gold rate alerts (if opted in), and improve our services.

Website Analytics

We use analytics and behavior measurement tools, including Google Analytics and PostHog, to understand how visitors use our website, improve page experience, and measure campaign performance. Session replay and heatmap tools are configured to mask form inputs and avoid capturing sensitive personal details.

When you open a WhatsApp inquiry from our website, we may create a short reference ID and store related campaign attribution, such as ad click IDs, UTM parameters, page URL, and timestamp. This helps us connect your inquiry to the campaign that brought you to us and improve our advertising measurement.

We also use Google Analytics advertising features (including Google signals and remarketing audiences) and the Meta pixel to show our ads to people who have visited our website, on Google (including YouTube) and on Meta apps. You can turn off personalised ads at any time in your Google ad settings and your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, or block Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

YouTube API Services

We use YouTube API Services to manage our own YouTube channel, Kalash Jewellers Kamothe: uploading our videos, editing their titles and descriptions, replying to comments, and reading our channel statistics. This is an internal tool used only by our own team. By using our YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Through the YouTube API Services we access our channel's videos, playlists, statistics, and the public comments viewers leave on our videos (commenter display name, channel ID, and comment text). We use this information only to run our channel and to reply to viewers. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or place cookies on your device through the YouTube API Services. Stored YouTube data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days, and you can ask us to delete any of your data by emailing the address below.

The Google account that authorised our tool can revoke its access at any time from the Google security settings page.
